This workshop is not another science review of GLP-1 or a debate. The podcast series handled that.
This workshop will show you what non-diet health coaching looks like in 2026. When another attempt to lose the weight you regain from the last diet is not what you want anymore but yet the desire to feel better and more comfortable in your body is still very much present and disrupting.
That desire to change our bodies is normal and expected. It is not vanity. It is a signal. And like every signal, it has a cause worth understanding. It makes you a woman who was conditioned from childhood to find her worth in her body size. That is not a personal failure. It is a predictable outcome of a system that assigned your value to your appearance before you were old enough to question it.
What we are doing in this workshop
The food noise. The body noise. The constant low-level war with yourself that no prescription quiets permanently, because these signals keep returning until you solve for the cause.
I'm going to teach you how to actually address the root cause of all these signals without requiring you to shrink your body, restrict your food, or wait until you have lost the weight to start living.
This is the Going Beyond The Food Method, applied directly to the GLP-1 moment we are all navigating right now.
Specifically I'll teach you:
- ✓Why the desire to lose weight is not the problem - and how to work with it so it loses its grip on you.
- ✓What food noise actually is, where it comes from, and how to stop suppressing it and start listening to it.
- ✓What body noise is - the self-critical, judgmental body image thoughts that make your body feel like a problem to solve - and how to work with them instead of against them.
- ✓What organic self-worth is, and what it actually takes to build it from the inside out so you can finally feel good enough.

A word from Stephanie
I have worked with over 1,000 women across 92 countries in the last 10 years teaching and coaching the non-diet approach to health. The GLP-1 tsunami still made me pause. Professionally. And personally.
I spent the last two months researching GLP-1 - the science, the marketing strategy, the clinical realities. I brought in eight experts across the Beyond GLP-1 podcast series who covered every angle I could not cover alone.
I am also a woman living in a fat body. GLP-1 was prescribed to me by an internal medicine specialist and would have been covered by the public health system in my country.
