Rejecting diet culture while still wanting to lose weight might sound like a contradiction. But if you have done the work and that desire resurfaced the moment GLP-1 became impossible to avoid, it probably describes you.

And if you coach others through this work, and you have felt unsure how to hold the GLP-1 conversation without compromising what you believe, this is for you too.

Now what?

This workshop will answer that question.

In this workshop I am going to give you all the tea about a non-diet approach to health. You’ll leave with tangible tools to approach the desire to lose weight, "food & body noise", body image & self-worth and health promoting behaviors with your anti-diet culture values intact.

This workshop will show you what non-diet health coaching looks like in 2026.

The work is not to shame or suppress that desire to change your body away. It is to understand it well enough that it loses its grip.

What we are doing in this workshop

This workshop will give you the exact information I teach my clients inside of my programs in a condensed version so you can apply it as soon as you leave.

This is the Going Beyond The Food Method, applied directly to the GLP-1 era we are all navigating right now.

Specifically I'll teach you:

  • âś“Why the desire to lose weight is not the problem - and how to work with it so it loses its grip on you.
  • âś“What food noise actually is, where it comes from, and how to stop suppressing it and start listening to it.
  • âś“What body noise is - the self-critical, judgmental body image thoughts that make your body feel like a problem to solve - and how to work with them instead of against them.
  • âś“What organic self-worth is, and what it actually takes to build it from the inside out so you can finally feel good enough.
  • âś“What nutrition looks like when food is not about managing the size of your body, but about supporting your body so you can live your life now.
  • âś“The process to build sustainable health promoting behaviors that do not rely on self-discipline or will power.
  • âś“What non-diet health coaching needs to include in 2026, for practitioners who want to hold this work with their clients.

What we are not doing:

  • xDemonizing GLP-1 or the women who chose it
  • xReviewing the science or marketing of GLP-1 - the Beyond GLP-1 podcast series covered that
  • xPretending the desire to lose weight and the "food & body noise" disappears after one coaching session.
This workshop will give you the exact framework I teach inside my programs, in a condensed, immediately applicable version. Use it as soon as you leave, whether you ever invest in working with me further or not. Though I will say: don't be surprised if you want to by the end.

A word from Stephanie

As a Non-Diet Nutritionist, Intuitive Eating Counselor and Cognitive Behavior Coach I have worked with over 1,000 women across 92 countries in the last 10 years teaching and coaching the non-diet approach to health. The GLP-1 tsunami still made me pause. Professionally. And personally.

I spent the last two months researching GLP-1 - the science, the marketing strategy, the clinical realities. I brought in eight experts across the Beyond GLP-1 podcast series who covered every angle I could not cover alone.

I am also a woman living in a fat body. GLP-1 was prescribed to me by an internal medicine specialist and would have been covered by the public health system in my country. I chose not to take it - not because I am morally superior to anyone who does, but because the research confirmed what I already knew from years of this work: intentional weight loss, even with GLP-1, does not sustain long term.

This workshop is me doing what I do best. Teaching. Coaching. Giving you the framework that actually makes women's lives better without requiring them to make their bodies smaller.

ENTER the  workshop to attend in the Ozempic Era:

because you can reject diet culture and GLP-1 and still pursuit feeling better in your body and well-being.

This workshop is for you if

You said no to GLP-1 and don't know what's next.

You did the research. You listened to the experts. You made your decision. And now you are sitting with the desire to lose weight still very much present - and no clear path forward.

You're a practitioner who feels lost in your practice.

GLP-1 swept through your client base and your professional certainty. You want to keep doing ethical, weight-neutral work - but you need a framework for this exact moment.

You've done the anti-diet work and the desire is still there.

You read the books, listened to the podcasts, did the work. And yet the desire showed up again when GLP-1 hit. You are not starting over. You are going deeper.
