In this challenge, I'll teach you the psychological tool that makes body acceptance work and deliver confidence.

You know that diet culture is B.S.
You already quit dieting.
You've been doing the work of body acceptance.
And yet you're still not feeling confident.
The missing piece is knowing "how to" change the thought you have about your body and your self. That's thought work.
Thought work is what will change the way you feel about your body and self and deliver you the confidence you deserve.
"It's such a different, completely different relationship with my body and my life overall. I'm present in my life, my partner and my kids. I'm at peace now."
— Montserrat Lopez

What happens if the psychological piece of body acceptance stays missing
And you find yourself still thinking "What if I'm just not trying hard enough" or "Something must wrong with me, I just can't get accept my body".
It's what happens when you haven't upgraded your belief systems and day to day thinking patterns. Body acceptance stays at the intellectual level and never actually drops into your body.
Knowing how to change your thought about your body, weight and other people's opinions is the piece that's missing in your body acceptance journey.
That's the gap that thought work closes.
"For the first time, I'm free to enjoy life! Each lesson has been like turning stones, discovering new parts of myself that have been hidden and suppressed by years of negative thinking, and self-judgment. It has helped me experience much insight, the biggest of which was that I can be happy right NOW!"
— Jessica Tomasko
What Changing Your Thought Can Do For you
Here's what changes when you implement the psychological part of body acceptance
- You catch the negative thought about your body before it spirals, instead of after.
- You have change the underlying beliefs about health, weight and beauty that use to keep you stuck in doubt instead of moving forward.
- You meet yourself and your behaviors with self-compassion and kindness.
- You are very intentional about the thought you think about yourself, your worth and your capacity achieve your goals right now independently of other people opinion.Â
- You trust yourself to handle other people opinion that comes your way, instead of hoping it won't.
- You have the energy and the mental bandwidth to actually take the steps towards what you've been wanting to do for your next chapter.
- You just do the damn thing you've been wanting to do.
Your brain is now your ally into your journey of body acceptance. You have new self-beliefs, new intentional thought and a much greater capacity to meet adversity as you move forward in this new chapter of your life.
With thought work you have build a new relationship to yourself.

What you're learning
Thought Work
Thought work or self-coaching is cognitive behavioral coaching, the same tool used in clinical body image work, built so you can run it yourself. No coach in the room. You learn to change your beliefs: catch the old thinking pattern, interrupt it, and replace it, in the moment, on your own.
That's the one skill.
Everything in the five weeks builds the skill of thought work and learning to coach yourself into confidence.
Inside the challenge
How the five weeks work
Five weeks, delivered straight to your podcast app.
Live orientation call — October 2, 3pm EST
We take the first step together, live. Recorded same day, audio and video.
Week 1 — Why you're not confident yet
Most women skip this step, which is exactly why quitting diets and doing the reading doesn't get them to confidence on its own. You'll find the actual mechanism keeping you stuck.
Week 2 — Who you're building
Not a fixed, forever version of yourself. The next version. You set a real, specific picture of what confident actually looks like for you.
Weeks 3 to 5 — The self-coaching tool, in practice
Three tools, three weeks, each building your ability to catch the thought and coach yourself through it in real time.
Format
Three teachings a week, under 12 minutes each. New drop Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, 6am EST. One self-coaching tool to practice with every lesson.

"I see a different life ahead of me, one that doesn't involve the constant shaming of my body"
As a 40 year old woman, who started dieting at the tender age of 7, self-coaching has allowed me to see it all differently. I see women in the 60's still operating in the same framework as I have been operating in for over 30 years, and I am so extremely grateful I found this pathway to break free. I see a different life ahead of me, one that doesn't involve the constant shaming of my body. I finally realised, it isn't serving me to live like this. And I finally found a way out.

"I'm so thankful that I didn't ignore that voice inside."
I have avoided criticism my whole life but now I truly look forward to new insights because with each one I am gaining ground and living a more joyful life.
